We really hope that you will be happy with your order however in the unfortunate event that there is a problem for any reason please note:
- Personalised orders that are specially made to your individual order specifications cannot be refunded.
- For any damaged items please contact us straight away to arrange a replacement or refund email@example.com
- Non-personalised items undamaged must be returned in the same packaging unused within 28 days of delivery for a refund to be issued (postage charges will not be refunded). The cost of postage for the item to be returned is also to be paid by the purchaser.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that apply.
